We may use publicly accessible or third-party information about you to enhance our database. In each of our mailings, you will also find the unsubscribe instructions.

Brixel is permitted to outsource the execution of the advertising mentioned above tactics. We can also share this information with third parties (see the following, Section 4).

4. Do we share information with third parties?

Brixel may transfer your data to its subsidiaries or affiliated third-party companies that assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, supporting the execution of the contract or the support of our website or its products and their integrations to evaluate, improve, and tailor the offers and services to your needs, for customer service, or to personalize and optimize the information and advertising content.

In general, data will only be transmitted in a pseudonymous or anonymous form, so you cannot be identified based on the transmitted data. In addition, we carefully choose our partners and only collaborate with reputable third parties that agree to treat your data confidentially and under existing data protection regulations.

Moreover, we only share data with Brixel subsidiaries or business partners if and to the extent necessary for the performance of their responsibilities and the processing of the contract. For example, to valuation companies for determining the property’s market value or to banks and financial institutions for payment processing. Your information will be used just for the execution of the transaction and not for any other reason. If necessary for the purposes mentioned earlier, the data may also be transmitted overseas (see the following, Section 5).

Your personal information will not be sold, rented, or exchanged in any other way.

We will also share your information when you have expressly authorized it or when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, enforce our policies, or protect our rights or the rights of others, including our contractual rights, property, or security.

Finally, personal information may be sold or otherwise transferred to third parties in the case of a sale, merger, or another restructuring of Brixel or individual components of our business.

5. Do we transmit information abroad?

Brixel may transfer your data to foreign subsidiaries or affiliated third-party companies to improve and tailor their offers and services to meet your needs, to fulfill their contractual obligations and owed services, or to enhance data security, provided and to the extent that this is required for the purposes outlined in these guidelines.

Brixel assures that the relevant third parties maintain the confidentiality of your information and adhere to applicable data protection legislation. Suppose the level of data protection in a country where a Brixel partner company is located does not correspond to the level of data protection applicable in Switzerland and the EU. In that case, Brixel takes the following steps to ensure that the security of your personal data is always equivalent to that in Switzerland:

7. Social Plug-ins

Brixel’s digital offerings can be networked with third-party functions and systems by integrating plug-ins from social networks such as Facebook, Google+, Twitter, and Instagram. Third parties such as Facebook Inc., Google Inc., Twitter Inc., and Instagram LLC supply the disputed services („Provider“).

If you visit one of our websites containing such a plug-in, your browser will establish a direct connection to the corresponding provider’s servers. The related supplier transmits the plug-content in’s straight to your browser and integrates it into the page. By combining the plug-ins, the providers learn that your browser has visited the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a profile for the related service or are not presently logged in. This information (including your IP address) is sent directly from your browser to the respective provider’s server, where it is kept.

If you are connected to one of the services, the providers can automatically associate your visit to our site with your Facebook, Google+, Twitter, or Instagram identity. Suppose you engage with the plug-ins, such as by clicking the „Like,“ „+1“, „Tweet,“ or „Instagram“ buttons. In that case, the associated information is delivered directly to a provider’s server and stored there. Additionally, the content is posted to your Twitter or Instagram account and visible to your connections there.

If you have an account with the applicable service provider, they may also be able to measure and assess your use of our digital offerings. Additional personal information, such as IP address, personal browser settings, and other factors, may be transferred to and kept on the server of the relevant service provider. When you use a social login service such as Facebook Connect, the provider may give us your stored personal information, such as your name, e-mail address, and profile image. Brixel has no control over how third parties utilize the personal information obtained in this manner. It assumes no obligation or responsibility in this regard.

Suppose you do not want Google, Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram to directly associate the information acquired by our website with your profile in the respective service. In that case, you must log out of the corresponding account before visiting our website. You can also prohibit plug-ins from loading entirely with browser extensions, such as B. with the script blocker „NoScript“: http://noscript.net.

8. Tracking and web analysis services

Our digital solutions are also analyzed and reviewed using various technical tools, most of which third-party vendors like Google Analytics provide. These metrics can be personal or anonymous. The data gathered in this manner may be transferred to third parties for processing by the respective third-party suppliers of such technical systems or us.

Google Analytics is the most often employed analysis tool (details on this above, point 6). It is conceivable that the data acquired through this service will be transported to a Google server in the United States, where the IP addresses will be anonymized using IP anonymization to prevent any possible association with a specific user. Google will not combine the IP address given by your browser as part of Google Analytics with other Google data. This guarantees that this information cannot be used to identify you personally.

You can object to the collection and processing of data using Google Analytics by installing an opt-out cookie that prohibits Google Analytics from collecting your data in the future when you visit our website. The page https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout has additional information about the subject.

9. Links to other sites

Despite this, we endeavor to preserve the integrity of our website and welcome any feedback regarding these sites.

10. How long do we keep your data?

In the case of analyses, we retain your information until its conclusion. Suppose we keep data based on a contractual relationship with you. In that case, we will do so for at least the duration of the relationship and, at most, as long as limitation periods for potential claims against us are in place or as long as statutory or contractual storage obligations exist.

11. How do we protect your data?

When you enter, submit, or access your personal information, we implement a variety of organizational and technical safeguards to maintain its privacy. We give secure server access. All information is transmitted via secure channels and kept in a database accessible only to those with the proper credentials. The details will be kept strictly confidential. We were aligning and strengthening our security measures with technological advances. Brixel is not responsible for the loss of data or the access and use of the data by third parties.

To access your user account, you must enter your user name and password if you have registered as a user with Brixel. You should always treat payment and access information carefully and close the browser window when your business with us is complete, especially if you share your computer.

The data disclosed and/or stored when accessing the website and utilizing the services are subject to the Swiss data protection legislation, particularly the Swiss Data Protection Act. To provide you and all Brixel users with the highest data protection possible, we have modified our policies to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation’s (GDPR) requirements for more openness.

We only utilize the information you submitted or saved during registration and used our services to provide those services. You consent to process your data by a third party if it is necessary to provide the Services. In this instance, we verify that these third parties comply with the aforementioned legal foundations and these principles

support@brixel.ch / datenschutz@brixel.io

Kindly note that even after your request to block or delete your data, we are required to store some of it following our legal or contractual storage obligations (e.g., for billing purposes) and will only block your data to the necessary amount. In addition, deleting your personal information may prevent you from obtaining or utilizing the services for which you have registered and paid. In some instances, you have the right to have your personal information transmitted in a standard format to you or a third party of your choosing.

You may object to processing your data for marketing and advertising purposes and transferring your data inside Brixel or your subsidiaries or partner firms per Section 3 by sending an e-mail to the address mentioned above. This concern does not entirely exclude the collection of personal data. The objection eliminates only the potential that obtained personal data cannot be processed anonymously for marketing purposes and sent to and analyzed by other companies for the same purpose. To completely exclude or at least reduce the acquisition of personal data, it is required to follow the steps specified in sections 6 and 8 concerning the deactivation of cookies and the prevention of data collection and processing by tracking and web analytics systems. However, this may restrict you from receiving or utilizing your previously obtained and used services.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the applicable supervisory authority regarding data processing. You can file a complaint with the supervisory authority in your place of residence, place of employment, or the location of the alleged violation.

By using our website and/or our applications, products, and services, you affirmatively consent to our website’s privacy policies.
